Student Services Coordinator Required For Leading University In D2 - Up To 40K
The role involves working closely with the student body in the planning, organising, and roll out of events and activities for all societies, including budget allocation, spend management, and reporting deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive services to all Societies, supporting activities such as budget allocation, event bookings, venue hire, catering, security, purchases, payments, reimbursements, and offering guidance and problem-solving support to committee members.
2. Coordinate and deliver various events.
3. Manage the Merchandise service, including stock management, cash handling, auditing, reporting, and overseeing weekly Pop Up Shops.
4. Handle exchange programs by liaising with stakeholders, managing applications, interviews, and providing support related to accommodation, visas, and immigration to ensure smooth student transitions.
5. Support Foundation year students in coordinating and implementing fundraising electives.
6. Attend weekly activities meetings and manage resulting action items.
7. Support the Student Services Office's activities and services as listed above.
