Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the successful candidate will provide efficient and effective assistance to the Accounts Manager in relation to the co-ordination, recording and reporting of financial activities along with administrative assistance as required.Applicants should be living locally and have the ability to reliably commute to the office.Key ResponsibilitiesDebtors' receipts, creditors payments and reconciliations across multiple entitiesAssisting in preparation of month end reports for auditorsVAT, Intrastat & VIES administrationAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processingRespond to customer and supplier queries in an efficient and friendly manner with a solution orientated mindsetGeneral administration and any ad hoc dutiesRequirementsMinimum 1 years' experience working in a similar roleExcellent written & spoken EnglishStrong computer skills in MS Office suite in particular Excel essentialPrevious experience using computerised accounts package preferably SageExcellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritizeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Types: Part-time, Fixed termContract length: 9 monthsExpected hours: 24 per weekBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Cootehill, CO.
