We are currently seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our team in the implementation of complex payroll systems.

About the Role:
* Lead the design, execution, and management of full test lifecycle activities across payroll-focused enterprise projects.
* Define test plans, scripts, and environments to meet business-specific scenarios and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and development teams to ensure applications are built with testability and quality in mind.
* Manage project deliverables within agreed timelines, allocating tasks and resources across diverse teams.
* Conduct risk assessments, QA estimations, and drive continuous process improvements with a focus on defect prevention.
Requirements:
* A strong background in test leadership roles, ideally within payroll, HRIS, or enterprise finance systems.
* Hands-on experience managing complex test environments and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
* A solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.
* Comfortable liaising across business and technical stakeholders, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* An ISTQB Advanced Certification is desirable.
* Additional certifications in QA or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
