**Job Title:** Distillery Manager
**About the Job:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced distillery manager to oversee the daily operations of our production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently, while also maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand, while minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
* Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished products, and ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet production needs.
* Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and runs smoothly.
* Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that products meet company standards.
* Supervision: Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.
* Machinery Operation: Operate machinery to process and bottle, can, or otherwise package beverages.
* Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and that the workplace is secure and free from hazards.
Requirements:
* Credentials: WHMIS Certificate, Computer and technology knowledge (Mac OS, Database software, Inventory control software, Monitoring and tracking software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, Internet, MS Windows, MS Excel)
* Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Skillset: Strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Other: Valid driver's license, own transportation, willing to travel.
