About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients/residents, promoting their dignity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional personal care and support to patients/residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
* Assist with mobility, nutrition, hygiene, and daily living activities, promoting independence and autonomy.
* Record and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff, facilitating timely interventions and improving patient outcomes.
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support modules completed (e.g., Care Skills and Care of the Older Person).
* At least 6 months of recent experience as a Healthcare Assistant (preferably in a similar role).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
* The right to work in Ireland (Stamp 1 G, Stamp 4, EU/EEA citizenship, etc.).
* Garda Vetting and references will be required.
