We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resources team as Group Head.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join our leadership team in driving business growth and development.
The role involves delivering and developing the HR Strategy in line with company goals and objectives across all business locations.
The achievement of results is key and to be delivered through Management by Objectives.
* Delivering and developing the HR Strategy
* Working closely with key business stakeholders to implement the HR standard across the business
* Providing leadership and owning ER/IR across the business
* Driving the relationship with union representatives
* Participating in interview/selection of talent in assigned roles
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in leading and managing a HR function in a Senior HR Leadership role, with experience in managing multi sites and multi unions, excellent facilitation, problem-solving, coaching and critical thinking skills.
Key Requirements:
* A degree in Business or relevant equivalent qualification
* Minimum of 10 years experience in leading and managing a HR function in a Senior HR Leadership role
* Proven experience in managing multi sites and multi unions
* Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, coaching and critical thinking skills
Frequent travel to Ireland and UK is required as part of this role.
