Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to strengthen our health and safety team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist project managers and the health and safety manager with compliance across all relevant regulations and company policies.
* Conduct on-site inspections and audits to ensure safe working practices are upheld.
* Prepare documentation, including safety reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
* Support accident/incident investigations and follow up with corrective measures.
* Encourage and promote a culture of safety across teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification in health and safety or equivalent.
* Minimum one year's experience in construction, utilities, or similar site-based settings.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building positive relationships.
* A full, clean driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
