Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support for seasoned to novice level users across hardware and software platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with expertise in macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Android, and Windows/AWS Workspaces administration. They will also have agent-level knowledge of Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing systems, as well as mid-level networking knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support expertise on various operating systems and hardware platforms.
* Support SaaS tools, compliance practices, and IT procedures.
* Liaise with the network team to troubleshoot connectivity concerns.
* Partner with IT Procurement to coordinate vendor relationships and logistics.
Requirements:
* Technical support expertise on macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Android, and Windows/AWS Workspaces administration.
* Agent-level knowledge of Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing system.
* Mid-level networking knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
* Strong administration experience with Google for Business, Atlassian, Okta, Jamf, and Slack.
