About the roleKerry Dairy Ireland (KDI) is establishing an independent, cloud‑first technology landscape. The Application Manager (Non‑SAP) is accountable for the end‑to‑end ownership, stability, and evolution of KDI’s Non‑SAP application estate, including delivery through separation, cutover, and long‑term BAU operations. This role provides single‑point accountability for Non‑SAP systems, governing vendors, integrations, migration, and run services while ensuring alignment with KDI’s SAP core and enterprise architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesNon‑SAP Application Estate Ownership: maintain inventory, lifecycle decisions, governance, single point of accountability, partner with SAP CoE.Migration & Separation Delivery: lead migration to Azure, approve approaches, ensure alignment, own readiness, maintain delivery plan.M365 / SharePoint Data & Copilot Readiness: govern SharePoint/Ms365 structures, ensure secure access, partner with security & AI governance, manage data boundaries, support discoverability.SaaS Tenant & Instance Establishment: coordinate new tenants/instances, oversee data extraction, quality, cleansing, enforce separation principles.Testing & Quality Governance: plan, execute, evidence testing with vendors.Vendor & Third‑Party Management: govern vendors, SIs, SaaS providers, manage contracts, SLAs, deliverables, escalations.Security, Compliance & Licensing: ensure security, compliance, access, licensing oversight.Post‑Cutover Run & AMS Ownership: own operating model, govern SLAs, KPIs, incident, problem management, documentation, runbooks, escalation point, rationalisation, cost optimisation, improvements aligned to cloud strategy.Qualifications and SkillsExperience in Application Management, Service Ownership, or Product Ownership.Strong experience managing SaaS‑based and enterprise application estates.Proven leadership through complex migrations and cutover events.Strong vendor management, service governance, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience working in manufacturing, FMCG, or regulated environments is desirable.Why this role mattersProvides single accountable ownership for all Non‑SAP applications.Protects business continuity through separation and beyond.Enables a scalable, vendor‑led, cloud‑first application operating model.Equal Opportunity EmploymentWe are committed to and value Diversity and Inclusion in all recruitment processes within Kerry Dairy Ireland and do not discriminate based on gender, race, class, economic status, ethnic background, sexual orientation, age, political beliefs, veteran status, marital status or any other protected characteristic.
