Our client, a leading luxury hospitality destination in East Cork, is currently seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join their Executive Management Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to play a key leadership role, driving the people strategy and enhancing the organisational culture within a prestigious and growing business. The People & Culture Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function, with a strong focus on strategic HR initiatives including employee brand and culture, attraction and engagement, learning and development, retention, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the HR function, designing and implementing the People & Culture strategy to enhance both the employee and guest experience. Manage and develop the HR team, providing effective and professional HR support across all departments. Partner with senior management and Heads of Departments to align HR strategies with wider business objectives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, organisational development, learning and talent strategies. Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture that reflects the company's values and mission. Ensure compliance with employment law, updating HR policies and procedures in line with best practice. Support the executive team in driving employee engagement, learning and development, and retention initiatives. Candidate Profile: Professional HR qualification essential, with extensive HR experience and a minimum of 2 years in a management/leadership role. Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, employee engagement strategies, organisational development, and employment law. Proven experience influencing and supporting senior leadership to drive positive organisational change. High emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. A hands-on, proactive approach, with the ability to lead by example and work on your own initiative.
