A sales training organization based in Ireland is seeking a Sales Trainer to enhance the performance of its sales team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to meet specific team needs
2. Coaching staff to improve individual and collective skills
Assessing ongoing training requirements through ongoing evaluation and feedback. To excel in this role, you will have had experience in delivering impactful sales training programs with proven presentation skills and proficiency in at least one additional language to support diverse teams as well as facilitating communication among cross-functional groups.
