This role is the essential link between life-changing medical products and the healthcare professionals or patients who use them.You will combine scientific literacy with technical expertise to provide high-quality, compliant medical information across multiple digital and traditional channelsKey Responsibilities:Expert Inquiry Managemen t: Provide accurate, non-promotional medical and technical information to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients in German and English.Technical Authorit y: Act as the primary expert for medical devices and software solutions, troubleshooting complex user queries.Compliance & Safet y: Identify and document Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) in strict accordance with regulatory guidelines.Data Integrit y: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions within global databases, following Good Documentation Practices.Operational Excellenc e: Contribute to project teams for system testing, process optimization, and the successful launch of new medical products in the EU market.Candidate Profile:Education: Degree or Diploma in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related field.
