Overview:
HM is looking for a executive administrator who hasprevious experience working at this level.All duties associated with this role including:
Managing my calendar and supporting my team (orderingstationary)
Scheduling team meetings
3Organising offsite meeting
Purchasing admin
Placing Pos and any other adhoc duties
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems, strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience
Requirements
Experience:
8-10 years working at this executive level
