We are recruiting for a sales administrator to cover maternity leave for one full year.
Job Details
Hours of Work:
* Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
* One day a week: 8:30am - 1:30pm
Total Hours per Week: 35 hours
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Holidays: 35 days per annum
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
* Processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries in an efficient and effective manner.
* Coordinating sales internally and liaising with sales staff.
* Assisting with forecasting customer orders to support production.
* Carrying out any other duties as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the function.
* Meeting and greeting visitors.
* Answering telephone calls and re-directing internally as necessary.
* Ordering and distribution of stationery.
* General administration as necessary.
