Compliance Team Lead
As a Compliance Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the compliance team. The team supports various entities in Ireland and works closely with the business to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
* Manage and supervise the Citco Group Compliance team.
* Assist business units on compliance matters, creating and implementing compliance plans, training staff, identifying and managing compliance risks.
* Participate in monitoring activities, report on outcomes, provide advice and support on AML/KYC, data protection, confidentiality, outsourcing organization, corporate governance.
* Draft and maintain policies, review regularly, draft compliance reports for senior management and relevant authorities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in financial compliance or regulatory roles.
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Irish financial services regulations, relevant EU directives, and industry best practices.
