Swim School Manager First Swim Sandyford is looking to hire a Full Time Managerfor it's busy swim school at the Beacon South Quarter, starting in January ****.
We are Ireland's only purpose-built baby & toddler swim school teaching children from 10 weeks to 3 years old with our own on-site heated pool and private cafe.
This is a non-swimming role so the manager can focus on the day to day operations of the school and engage with our customers.
Experience in swim school/ leisure management or childcare management is essential as you will be leading a team of 6.
For the right candidate we may be able to accommodate an earlier start date.

Key Responsibilities Manage and lead all staff, overseeing staff rotas for shifts and breaks Meet & greet all customers, promoting and delivering a high standard of customer service Ensure all areas of the centre are clean and safe at all times Manage a small coffee dock, serve coffee and manage stock requirements Provide admin support to the swim teachers and to the company director Oversee bookings, general enquiries and merchandise sales Role Requirements Strong communication skills, works well with others, positive attitude Highly professional, well-presented and welcoming manner Manager level experience in leisure or customer service roles required Experience working with parents, babies & toddlers is an advantage Basic IT skills required for bookings and general administrative work Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Swim teaching qualification is essential desirable, but training can be provided Swimming pool plant room experience desirable, but training can be provided First Aid and Safeguarding training can be provided Garda vetting required Must be eligible to work in Ireland Benefits include Discounted parking Bike To Work scheme Additional industry training programmes Café & employee discount
