Job Description:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to external customers, VWT Ireland S&C Engineers, and internal teams. You will cover for the Technical Services team as required, identify spare parts and consumables, and generate lists of spare parts and consumables for Company products.
You will also provide technical support for the Field Service Team in the QOF process, creation of critical spare parts list, analyse client inquiries, and utilise data for parts creation. Additionally, you will assist with customer site audit administration, identify opportunities for additional revenue, and generate site reports.
You will work collaboratively with the Technical Support Engineer to prepare risk assessments and method statements, and generate calibration certificates resulting from service reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask. They will also commit to continuous learning and the use of the latest IT equipment and software.
