Program Manager
A high-performing sales leader is required to manage a strategic, client-facing program focused on driving commercial results.
The Role:
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals in a hybrid working environment
• Act as primary contact for senior client stakeholders, managing day-to-day engagement and strategic planning
• Set program targets, commission plans and performance incentives aligned to commercial goals
• Deliver weekly and quarterly business reviews to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
• Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline, and performance trends to support decision-making
• Identify and implement strategic initiatives to optimise and grow the program
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in a sales environment - ideally within SaaS or tech
• 3+ years of direct team leadership experience - managing both individuals and leaders
• Strong track record of driving sales performance and quota attainment
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a B2B setting
• Skilled in data analysis, forecasting, and using sales tools/CRMs to drive insights
• Confident communicator with experience presenting business reviews in-person or virtually
• Proven ability to coach and motivate teams using structured sales methodologies
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing timelines, projects, and budgets
• A growth mindset and passion for developing both yourself and your team
