Role Overview
As the Revenue Operations Manager at Circit you will drive our sales operations to new heights. The role involves strategic oversight and management of sales data, tools, and processes to maximize revenue, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer‑success teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Data Management & Analytics
Own the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of revenue data.
Develop dashboards and analytical frameworks that deliver actionable insights for pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making.
Partner with leadership to define KPIs and track performance across the customer journey.
Technology Management
Manage and optimise Circit’s CRM and related go‑to‑market tools.
Ensure seamless data flows and process automation across systems to support scalable growth.
Evaluate new technologies where gaps exist in achieving strategic objectives, avoiding tool proliferation.
Process Optimisation
Design, document, and continuously improve end‑to‑end revenue processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that align operations with business growth goals.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure operational alignment, effective handoffs, and revenue predictability.
Drive integration of marketing attribution, lead scoring, and pipeline health into a unified RevOps framework.
Enablement & Training
Develop and deliver training to enhance adoption and effective use of sales and marketing tools.
Foster a culture of data literacy and process discipline across teams.
Leadership & Strategy
Act as a trusted advisor to the commercial leadership team.
Support annual planning, goal‑setting, and execution tracking to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, ideally within a SaaS or fintech environment.
Proven track record of optimising sales processes and increasing revenue in a similar role.\Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software – preferably HubSpot.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on both tactical and strategic levels.
