Customer Support Coordinator
This role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional patient support and assistance.
* Liaises with customers regarding after-sale accessories via phone calls.
* Takes battery/accessory orders and responds to enquiries or complaints.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Battery Accessories: Provides advice on after-sales accessories (70% of hearing aid sales) through phone interactions.
e.g., handling payments, issuing orders, posting records into the system
2. Daily Operations:
Packaging/issuing batteries, handling incoming/outgoing posts daily for timely resolutions of customer issues
