Wexford Car Centre is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workshop Controller to join our dynamic service and aftersales team. Your Role
As Workshop Controller, you will be the hub of our aftersales operationensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate technician workflow to maximise efficiency and productivity
* Manage and schedule service bookings to optimise time and resources
* Ensure workshop tools and equipment are well-maintained and compliant
* Oversee vehicle quality checks before customer handover
* Conduct test drives when required to verify repair quality
* Monitor the safe and compliant disposal of workshop waste materials
* Collaborate with the service team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and boost our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
What Youll Need
* Full, clean drivers licence
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A positive, team-focused attitude
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
* Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage, but not required
