Grade IV Administrator Part-Time FRS Recruitment are currently hiring a Grade IV Administrator for a temporary part-time role based in Dublin 22.
This is a 20 hour work week, Monday to Friday position with an immediate start required.
Hourly Rate: €19.31 Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain efficient administrative and filing systems for staff appointments and related documentation.
Keep nursing administration records accurate and up to date.
Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
Maintain clear and effective internal and external communication channels.
Support change management initiatives within the organisation.
Prepare management reports and data, including bed occupancy statistics, as required.
Track relief, agency, and special hours weekly for Finance.
Maintain absenteeism records and arrange return-to-work interviews with the relevant manager.
Essential Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience in a busy office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Experience managing a varied workload and meeting tight deadlines
