Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician role entails performing multi-skilled maintenance tasks across the site, encompassing a range of preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance as required. This individual will be proactive in driving improvements in maintenance methods and techniques while adhering to known standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operation, preventative/corrective maintenance and continuous improvement of all types of mechanical facilities and utility equipment/plant to achieve maximum availability and equipment reliability
* Perform full range of plant maintenance tasks and repairs on a proactive/planned basis
* Maintenance fitter work in providing day-to-day engineering services in a busy high-speed manufacturing environment
This position entails ensuring that daily goals are achieved by working closely with the production team. Furthermore, it includes setting up equipment optimally and ensuring IT interfaces are functional.
