Clinical Nurse Manager Role Overview
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements at a minimum:
* Registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
* Nursing Diploma or higher qualification
* Relevant management course or qualification
* Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in acute care settings
* Effective leadership and communication skills
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in clinical, professional and managerial experience. They will also have demonstrated practical experience of teaching in a clinical area.
This role involves providing leadership and management to a dedicated endoscopy unit. The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of nursing practice within the organization.
