* Our company seeks a meticulous and experienced professional to support our Financial Controller in the day-to-day running of the financial function.
This role is suited to someone with a solid background in accounting or financial administration looking for part-time hours and long-term flexibility, including the option to work remotely after initial training. Key Responsibilities:
• Data entry and processing of purchase and sales invoices
1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
2. Assisting with account reconciliations and month-end reporting
3. Supporting the preparation of budgets, reports, and spreadsheets
4. Managing finance-related correspondence and responding to internal queries
5. Filing, document control, and general office duties as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance admin role
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software, preferably Bright Books
7. Strong understanding of accounting principles and basic bookkeeping
8. High level of accuracy, discretion, and organisation
9. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
10. Professional-level English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
