LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Supply chain and Master Data Associate to join a Cork based pharmaceutical company.
About the Role: SAP Master Data: Maintain Toll SAP master data for materials, BOMs, source lists, P-info records Interact with global and local data stewards and implementation of relevant data changes Supply Chain and Operations Support: Create purchase orders for API/Drug substance or procured product materials and subcontract drug product manufacturing Monitor material movements within Toll SAP plants Monitor procurement of API/Drug substance from bulk manufacturing sites to ensure Lilly Sales affiliate demands are satisfied Perform regular inventory reconciliation and adjustments Management of IDOCs Assist with product returns processes Troubleshooting activities as required Process and or work instruction generation / updates and training as necessary Compliance: Follow all quality compliance policies Uphold a high quality of work and maintain a right first-time approach Participate in all audits as required Qualifications: A third level degree qualification (Level 8) Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications such as IIPMM, IPICS, APICS with relevant experience will be an advantage Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
