The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business. Key Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day running of the bar and restaurant, ensuring consistent, high-quality service. Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to achieve operational excellence. Support the management team in coordinating staff schedules, training, and development. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution. Oversee cash handling, end-of-day reporting, and stock control. Maintain strong communication between kitchen, bar, and floor teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Assist in driving sales, promotions, and events to maximise revenue opportunities. Requirements Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a high-volume bar or restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
