Job Overview
We are seeking a Site Manager to lead on a residential development in Kildare, approximately 150 units. The successful candidate will join a reputable contractor, taking full responsibility for project delivery and site management.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Oversight of daily operations on site.
* Leadership of site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure work progresses to programme.
The role requires strict H&S compliance with accurate record keeping and regular progress reports. A strong background in residential construction is desirable. Possessing excellent leadership skills is essential along with the ability to maintain high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
A clean driving licence and relevant safety certifications such as Safe Pass & Manual Handling would be advantageous.
