Independent Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Independent Account Manager to join our Wholesale Team for the Cork and Limerick region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our wholesale accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

This is a pivotal role in supporting our mission by providing dynamic services that cater to both current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
2. New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
3. Account Management: Manage account activities, including order processing, delivery coordination, and resolving customer issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
4. Performance Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed sales revenue and margin targets, as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and make informed decisions.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
7. Growth Contribution: Contribute to the overall growth of SPEEDeCK through sales performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Industry Expertise: Proven experience as an Account Manager in the FMCG industry, with a deep understanding of wholesale operations and market dynamics.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
3. Independence and Organization: Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
5. Results-Driven Approach: A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
