People Partner
We're looking for a People Partner to join our People Partnering Team at Flutter UK & Ireland.
We're here to enhance the working experiences of our people from when they join the business up to the point they leave. We'll co create local people plans as well as delivering on the UKI people strategy, focussing on things such as performance & talent management, engagement and team development.
We know that different areas of the business need different things at different times so we'll focus on working with local stakeholders, building what we need, when we need it.
We'll keep people at the top of the agenda.
What You'll Do
* Ownership of the planning and implementation of the divisional people strategy, working with stakeholders in the business to ensure this lands in different areas
* Driving team effectiveness through org design, advice & coaching and team development.
* Supporting functional or commercial leadership teams across the business.
* Advise, guide and support people managers within your area on all people matters including some formal ER cases where appropriate, working with relevant support from people relations partner/people support principal.
* Supporting the development of our people across the division to ensure we're attracting and retaining top talent.
* Own the performance management process and its local implementation, and any key actions and insight that are generated.
* Lead on key pieces of strategic work across the people team, working with the rest of the people team including talent, people experience and reward to ensure we are attracting and developing our people, ensuring initiatives are localised where needed based on the needs of different business areas.
* Working proactively and using available Peakon data to drive local engagement plans
* Working with the rest of the people team to swarm on our biggest collective challenges, coming up with people centric solutions and iterating these to suit the needs of our colleagues.
