Project Manager (V-R2U5F3) Leitrim, Republic of Ireland
AProject Manageris required to support the delivery of projects across the agricultural, industrial, and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial aspects of projects from start to completion
Conduct site visits and support contract administration
Prepare cost estimates, tenders, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Assist with measurement and valuation of works
Support cost control, budgeting, and reporting
Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare interim payment applications
Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
3 -5 year's experience in a similar role
Full Irish driver’s licence and right to work in Ireland
Willingness to travel to sites as required
Strong organisational, communication, and commercial skills
Motivated with a willingness to learn
