This is a key leadership position that requires a balance of strategic foresight and hands-on delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across all areas of HR, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at executive and board levels.Strategic LeadershipDevelop and deliver the HR strategy aligned with the overall business objectivesPromote the Culture and Values of the organisation developing smart & effective communication channelsAct as a trusted advisor to the executive team on people matters, culture, and workforce planningLead on strategic initiatives including organisational design, DEI, workforce planning and succession planning, employee wellbeing and talent developmentDevelop and deliver strong Key People Metrics and KPI reports on Turnover, Headcount, Performance and Employee Engagement Scores etcTeam & Function ManagementLead and develop the HR area partnering with the Talent team, ensuring delivery of high performance, engagement, and capabilityOversee all HR operations including learning & development, employee relations, and compensation & benefitsBusiness Partnering & TransformationWork closely with department heads and business units to support change management and business transformationEmbed a high-performance, inclusive culture through targeted people initiativesOccasional travel as necessary to support organisational objectives, including strategic meetings and cross-functional collaborationEnsure compliance with Irish, UK and all other markets we operate in, employment law and best practices, including GDPR, Health & Safety, and internal audit standardsProvide advice and support to leadership team on risk management related to employee relations, restructuring, and workforce strategyManage the HR budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and ROI on people initiativesPartner with Finance on headcount planning, workforce analytics, and cost forecastingAbout you:Qualifications & Experience10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a Head of HR or equivalent roleProven track record in strategic HR leadership within mid-size or large organisations, ideally in a scaling or transformational environmentStrong understanding of employment law and HR governance frameworksCIPD-qualified (or equivalent)Master’s degree in HR or related discipline is advantageousCommercial, with strong financial literacy and an analytical mindsetInspirational leader with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence at all levelsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including board-level engagementAgile, solutions-focused, and resilient under pressureWhat’s in it for you:An opportunity to join a fast-growing companyOptions for career advancementLearning and development opportunitiesFlexible working environmentCompetitive salaries based on experienceEqual Opportunity Employer:Amach is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
