Job Title: Fine Dining Service Leader
About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic leader to join our fine dining team as a Chef de Rang. As the face of fine dining service, you will be responsible for leading a section and ensuring that every guest receives seamless, attentive, and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the smooth operation of your allocated station throughout Breakfast, Afternoon Tea & Dinner Services.
* Maintaining a good level of product knowledge regarding all menu items, hotel facilities, and services.
* Providing exceptional Food & Wine service in line with Relais & Chateaux standards.
* Anticipating Guest requirements in a positive and professional manner.
* Daily Restaurant Set up and presentation.
* Preparing daily mis en place.
* Cleaning and polishing duties.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage but full training will be provided. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks. The ability to work a flexible roster including bank holidays and weekends.
