Description
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing scheduling activities in a fast-paced operational environment to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services. The position involves creating and maintaining accurate schedules, resolving conflicts and last-minute changes, and working closely with outsourced suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment.
It also requires producing regular reports, maintaining reliable scheduling data, and developing installation forecasts using business intelligence inputs. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to system and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently.
* Build relationships with outsourced suppliers to ensure efficient coordination of all parties
* Enter and maintain accurate scheduling data in scheduling systems
* Produce weekly reports to ensure key critical areas of the scheduling system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved
* Create and maintain installation forecast model incorporating business intelligence and forecast information from sales, marketing and other sources
* Create, verify and export daily scheduling reports detailing all installation activity using internal systems
* Liaise with IT to contribute to the development of improved systems and automated processes.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
* 3 years minimum experience in a fast-paced similar role.
* Attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
* Previous experience in a scheduling/rostering or similar role preferred.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
* Cross-department coordination and influence
* Strong reporting and data interpretation skills
* Excellent analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential
