TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for multiple temporary Grade III Clerical Officers in Limerick. Location: Limerick
Position: Clerical Officer Grade III
Both Full Time and Part Time positions available (35hours & 17.5hours)
Temporary Month to Month contract Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in the department.
- Manage reception duties, including handling phone calls, greeting patients, and managing appointments.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Schedule appointment.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Complete invoices
- Handle inquiries and provide information to patients and visitors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, email, etc.
).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of hospital or clinical operations is an advantage.
