Job Details Role Requirements Role Requirement 1 Change Process Management Support operational teams in identifying system issues and changes into business systems by leading on Change Board process.
Ensure change board process is understood and adhered to by all relevant parties; implement changes to make process more efficient.
Proactive review of Jira enhancements queue; track, manage, escalate and report back to the business team on paths to resolution.
Review and prioritize upcoming workstreams and enhancements to ensure issues are being addresses and resolved in a timely manner.
Support EY Operations and ICT in analysis of relevant Jira items.
Role Requirement 2 Business System Support Support yearly launch of Early Years programmes by managing relevant deliverables, including Master Data configuration; ensure components delivered to the Early Years Systems are understood and validated prior and post release.
Building an expertise of the EYP CRM system and entities relationship across multidisciplinary team to act as SME in relation to system queries.
Support monthly release process.
Act as a point of liaison on ICT related project to ensure engagement by the Early Years Operational teams and knowledge transfer, impact analysis is provided.
Investigate system issues and exceptions consulting with key stakeholders and focusing on the resolution of critical performance and implementation issues.
Support the development of team's knowledge base through effective team communications and knowledge transfer sessions.
Role Requirement 3 Analysis and Monitoring Identification and mitigation of issues and risks in relation to the business system development and operation.
Provide feedback regarding identified risks and trends and make recommendations regarding supports and training requirements and suggesting how issues can be addressed or prevented.
Follow up on recommendations and decisions made in relation to NCS/EYP/System Effective management and reporting of incidents and exceptions as they arise, supporting lessons learned reviews and resulting changes to practices, behaviours, policies and procedures.
Role Requirement 4 Stakeholder Management Establish and manage key internal relationships, particularly in relation to co working within the EYEP Operations Directorate, and with key shared services affecting operations and delivery of supports to EY Service Providers.
Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted business systems advisor to drive a consistent approach to change processing across Early Years Operations and to provide service excellence to our customers and colleagues.
Develop and manage effective relationships with external stakeholders (mainly DCDE) to ensure coordination of supports to EY Service Providers Required Experience 3 years minimum in either Project and/or Change management Experience in analysis and development of business systems (e.g.
CRM) Proficient in MS packages e.g.
