Manufacturing Engineer
As a key player in operational excellence, you will be instrumental in driving improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance across various product lines.
1. Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
2. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies and collaborative cross-functional team efforts.
3. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support product launches and process transfers.
You will troubleshoot and resolve engineering and production issues to minimize downtime and maintain product quality. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and relevant regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related engineering discipline.
* 3+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
