Role Overview
A leading residential property management organisation is seeking a Heat Pump Maintenance Technician / Plumber to join its growing in-house maintenance team.
This is a hands‑on field‑based role focused on the maintenance, servicing, and fault‑finding of air‑to‑water heat pump systems across a large residential portfolio.
The role is open to both experienced heat pump technicians and plumbers or maintenance professionals who are interested in upskilling into renewable heating systems.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, expanding maintenance function within the residential property sector, with strong long‑term progression potential.
Key Responsibilities
Service and maintain air-to-water heat pump systems
Diagnose and repair faults across heating and hot water systemsCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across residential properties
Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance issues
Work on associated systems including:
Domestic heating systems
Hot water cylinders
Pipework and controls
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Work independently across multiple sites
Candidate Requirements (Essential / Preferred)
Experience with heat pump systems (strong advantage)
Background in plumbing, heating, or mechanical maintenance
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Hands‑on technical ability
Willingness to upskill in heat pump technology
Additional
Must have access to own van
Full driving licence required
Package & Benefits
Salary: circa €55,000
Bonus: 10%
Pension:
