Accounts Assistant
Permanent
Maynooth
Hybrid working after probation (1 day working from home)
Candidates will need to have a minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
An IATI qualification or studying towards said exams would be a distinct advantage
Experience using Exchequer and Excel would also be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Credit Control
Invoicing and issuing statements
Swift resolution of Customer queries
Processing on Accounting software – Exchequer & FileMaker
Bank Reconciliations
Reporting
Other duties as required
The Person
Key Skills:
Accounting Technician qualification or similar is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent telephone manner
Strong PC skills & Proficient in Excel
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
