If so, this Process Technology role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.As a Process Technology Engineer, you will be responsible for all product and process changes (New Product Introductions (NPIs), Product Transfers, and Site Changes) in support of pack changes and packaging supply goals for local Haleon and External Supply Pharma sites.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Provide technical support to resolve manufacturing process issues in the value stream.Provide qualification support for process optimization in the value stream and in doing so minimize the site waste exposure and improve RFT on site.Provide qualification support to qualify new products to ensure they comply with in house quality standards and the Quality Management Systems (QMS)Provide qualification support to qualify new suppliers of raw materials in accordance with Quality & compliance standards required by Haleon/HPRA/FDA and other major regulatory bodies, to ensure ongoing assurance of supply & maximise all PPV opportunities as identified for the site formally.Lead/support the implementation of NPI initiates across both OTC and OC sites at Haleon Dungarvan and to ensure all New Product Introductions are developed in accordance with the principles of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) & PUCC (Process of Understanding the Control and Capability) such that all NPD which are transferred from R&D to the site are robust and capable processes which meet the Quality and Compliance standards required by Haleon/HPRA/FDA and other major regulatory bodiesLead the introduction of New Technology Platforms to support the site operational model as appointed.Lead the introduction of New Product families as per the site strategy.Implement and maintain the site cleaning validation policy.Implement the site cleaning validation program for new equipment/processes across each value stream.Support the introduction of new or improved process cleaning initiatives.Be able to understand the principles in trouble shooting cleaning/cleaning validation issue.Maintain the Technical reporting systems & databases.Support the data trending process.Support the Technical On-The-Job Training process & training records.Support the Change Control Process for all process changes.Support the Problem-Solving Process (Deviation Process).Review & Update all Technical process team documentation in accordance with the QMS.Support/input at key site plant meetings such as weekly process team meetings/value stream meetings/line side meetings.Compile/present project updates at the monthly Technical Review meetings.Support/present updates at the one-to-one review sessions.Support/lead Technical Risk Assessments (TRA) /FMEA's (Failure Modes effective Analysis)/generation of Product Control Strategy (PCS).Drive waste agenda for value stream responsible for or supporting.Setup/lead implementation teams for process changes and using effective meeting techniques.Raise recharge forms for relevant projects.Communicate with a wide variety of people at all levels both within and external to Dungarvan (e.g. R&D, Technical & Quality)Communicate and articulate site technical project issues to SLT.Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related area5 or more years of experience in in Chemistry, Engineering,2 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical industryMinimum Level of Job-Related Experience required3- 5 years of experience in Technical / Validation DepartmentPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Strong interpersonal and communication skills andDemonstrated ability to work effectively across a diverse customer baseAwareness of FDA, US Pharma and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements related to packagingAbility to work effectively in a matrix organisation across geographies and culturesPost Graduate qualification in an Engineering/Science DisciplineWhy Haleon?Our Win as One Framework is a simple, stretching definition of our future direction.
