Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Person In Charge at our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality person-centred care in a home-like environment where residents can remain active in their social, religious, and recreational activities and connected to their family and friends.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their short- and long-term goals while mastering their independent living skills.
Key Responsibilities
* To ensure the highest quality standard of care is delivered to service users.
* To empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their short- and long-term goals while mastering their independent living skills.
* Hold a Nursing Degree or hold a Level 8 Degree in Social Care or have CORU registration.
* Have a minimum three year's Managerial Experience within the Health Sector.
* Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
