AI Annotator - MULTILINGUAL

Location : Dublin 18, Sandyford | Full-time permanent | Onsite

We are hiring people who speak/read/write any of the following languages

1. Greek
2. Bulgarian
3. Slovak
4. Danish
5. Swedish
6. Dutch
7. Vietnamese
8. Polish
9. Czech
10. Finnish

to join our global team as AI Specialists. If you have a sharp eye for detail, an interest in AI, we want to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities:

11. Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content
12. Enforcing clients Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site
13. Becoming and remain knowledgeable about client's products and community standards
14. Using market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
15. Gathering, analysing, and utilising relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience
16. Recognising trends and patterns and escalating issues outside the company policy to the global team
17. Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions

Skills & Competences:

18. Strong personal resilience with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast paced environment
19. Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills and most importantly – empathy
20. High adaptability and positive approach to challenges
21. Ability to make decisions, prioritise, solve problems and work as part of a team
22. Effective Time management & Prioritisation skills
23. Ability to consistently hit KPIs on time

Language Skills: *

24. Fluent in Market language on the near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with in depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region
25. Advanced level of English (C1)
