Job Title: BCAR Coordinator / Site Administrator

As part of its continued growth, it is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BCAR Coordinator / Site Administrator to join its site team.
Role Overview
This dual-role position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of construction documentation, and the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will coordinate all Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BCAR) documentation and processes on-site, while also supporting daily administrative and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage BCAR documentation via BCMS.
Coordinate with certifiers, designers, and contractors for timely compliance submissions.
Ensure adherence to statutory BCAR requirements.
Compile certifications for project handover.
Track and record inspections.
Support the site team with day-to-day admin tasks.
Assist with Health & Safety records.
Handle document control for drawings, specs, and correspondence.
Coordinate reporting and logistics with head office.
Requirements
Experience in BCAR coordination or site admin (construction/engineering).
Strong knowledge of BCAR processes.
Excellent admin, organisational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, team player.
Familiarity with BCMS platform.
Knowledge of Irish construction Health & Safety standards.
Experience with construction software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint).
