As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced and detail‑driven Senior Accounts Administrator to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting our day‑to‑day financial operations.Role OverviewThe Senior Accounts Administrator will take responsibility for core accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, VAT compliance, PAYE, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. This role requires a proactive and organised professional who can manage busy workflows, maintain strong accuracy levels, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes within Enviro Facilities Management Ltd.Key Responsibilities: Accounts PayableProcess high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyReconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepanciesEnsure timely payment runs and maintain positive supplier relationshipsSupport month‑end accruals and AP reportingAccounts ReceivablePrepare and issue customer invoices in line with contract requirementsMonitor receivables, chase overdue balances, and manage credit controlMaintain accurate customer accounts and allocate incoming paymentsInvoicing & Financial AdministrationLead weekly and monthly invoicing cycles, ensuring accuracy and completenessReview work orders and service documentation to validate billingAssist with month‑end close and financial reportingBank & Balance Sheet ReconciliationsPerform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve any posting errors or discrepanciesMaintain and reconcile balance sheet accountsVAT & Statutory CompliancePrepare, review, and submit VAT returns within statutory deadlinesEnsure compliance with all Revenue reporting requirementsMaintain documentation for audit and compliance purposesPayroll – Weekly & MonthlyProcess weekly and monthly payroll in full compliance with Irish PAYE requirementsManage statutory deductions (PAYE, PRSI, USC) and pension calculationsMaintain payroll records and respond to employee queriesWork closely with HR on onboarding, leavers, and payroll updatesPAYE AdministrationComplete PAYE submissions and ensure alignment with Revenue obligationsMaintain accurate tax documentation and support annual reportingSkills & Experience RequiredMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar accounting/finance administration roleStrong proficiency in AP, AR, Invoicing, VAT returns, PAYE, and PayrollDemonstrated experience in weekly and monthly payroll processingStrong understanding of Irish tax regulations and complianceAdvanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDesirable AttributesIATI qualification, ACCA part‑qualified, or similarProficient in the use of SAGE Accounting and PayrollExperience within the facilities management, construction, or service industriesAbility to streamline financial processes and support continuous improvement initiativesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €38,000.00-€48,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site gymOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
