Purpose of Role: The Maintenance Contract Administrator is responsible for the timely management and renewal of PPM contracts, monitoring and tracking preventive maintenance schedules, and overseeing maintenance processes to ensure efficient service delivery and accurate record-keeping.
This role serves as a liaison between clients, account managers, and internal teams to maintain contract compliance and operational continuity.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Generates PPM contract renewals prior to expiration.
Conducts renewal meetings with Account Managers to confirm updates or changes to contracts.
Coordinates with clients by sending the finalised PPM renewal for approval.
Generates all PPM shifts and updates the Current Contracts Tracker with service codes and scheduled dates in the unassigned queue.
Monitors all PPM shifts for completion against the CCT and updates them as complete in real time.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to receive asset updates, completing PPM reports and update the CCT for upcoming renewals.
Generates and assigns maintenance processes for the office team.
Maintains and updates the Maintenance Process library as required.
Role Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, experience in construction or facilities maintenance environment Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks Highly motivated Individual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Packages, Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (AFS an advantage) Effective communication and negotiation skills Flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules, priorities or clients' requirements Tritech is an equal opportunity employer.
