Provide on-going marketing support in order to meet company targets and grow brand revenue.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupport in execution of Product Strategic PlanProduce tactical business plan in collaboration with core brand teamAnalyse primary & secondary market research and business intelligenceUse CRM tools to implement CRM strategy and capture and use market informationCommunicate issues with key stakeholders via verbal and written communication and business meetingsBrainstorm solutions and tacticsDefine brand tactical objectivesDefine key tactics to achieve successDetermine targeting and segmentation strategy with support of Senior product managerPresent tactical plan to sales team when requiredDefine brand metrics around specific marketing projects and monitor taking appropriate action.Optimally manage the marketing budget to avoid under/over-spend and phase spend effectively.Analyse sales data to compare to forecast and adjust where necessary with support of relevant functionsTrack market trends and propose appropriate actions to address issuesDevelop and project manage sales and marketing materials, promotional materials andmarketing and communications campaigns by liaising with creative/PR agencies and uphold the highest standards of compliance with all relevant guidelines.Liaise with Med Affairs to ensure accuracy of data included in marketing materials.Plan marketing mix to optimise all available channels from budget and message perspective identify and propose additional channel strategies and tacticsSales Force Communication:Support a clear direction for the Brand by sharing strategic & tactical plans for the Brand with Sales force & secure their buy inEffective communication to sales and sales management via verbal and written communication and business meetingsContribute to product training and conferences as subject matter expertAllocate promotional material to the Field Force and effectively manage inventoryCompliance:Complete all required compliance training including HCC, Drug Safety & product quality complaints within the guidelines set in the Foundation Programme SOP for new starters and annually thereafterReport Adverse Events and complaints in a timely way to Drug Safety according to currentAdverse Event Reporting guidelines/SOP and to maintain Regulatory compliance Acts in accordance with Johnson & Johnson HCC requirements if interacting with Healthcare ProfessionalsIf commissioning contractors or third-party organisations, put contracts in place and provide training so that these individuals also act in accordance with Johnson & Johnson HCC requirements when interacting with Healthcare Professionals and report adverse events and complaints (as above).Complies with designated SOP's for the roleHow to SucceedDegree in Marketing, Science or General Business Degree with previous experience in Marketing executive role or junior product manager role.Demonstrated track record in executing marketing activitiesMarketing in a pharmaceutical company is a plus.Advanced communication skills both verbal and written with proficiency in English.BenefitsThis role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
