About the Role
As a key member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for leading the snag process and guiding Purchasers through initial snag to snag sign off. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with Construction and Project Managers to achieve targets.
The role involves providing Homeowners with information and guidance before move in, as well as managing any aftersales issues that are reported during the Defects Liability Period. You will also triage issues reported and liaise with Contractors and relevant parties to resolve them efficiently.
In addition, you will record relevant issues on the defects management system and track progress to a satisfactory resolution. Your duties will also include attending internal meetings and meetings with Contractors and Solicitors, and reporting on aftersales issues monthly.

* Lead point of contact with the Purchaser once the Property is ready to commence snagging
* Manage the snag process and guide the Purchaser through initial snag to snag sign off
* Work in collaboration with Construction and Project Managers to achieve targets
* SUPPORT THE PURCHASERS ON ANY QUERIES ON THE PROCESS OF CLOSING THE SALE
* Provide Homeowners with information and guidance before move in
* Manage any aftersales issues that are reported in the Defects Liability Period
