Financial Operations Assistant
Seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team in a part-time financial operations role. This temporary position offers a genuine opportunity for growth and extension or potential transition into a permanent post.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Manage accounting tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and bill payments utilizing QuickBooks software.
* - Oversee aged debtors and payment reconciliations.
* - Prepare bi-monthly VAT returns and monthly bank reconciliations.
* - Track staff project hours and manage debtor accounts.
* - Assist with monthly payroll and process wage payments.
Additional Duties:
* - Respond to calls, handle emails, and queries; liaison with suppliers and clients; track office supplies; book transport/accommodation.
* - Set up new projects on the database; collate documentation for tender submissions; manage ISO records and audits; update company policies.
* - Organize staff trainings; update CPD logs; maintain personnel records; prepare presentations; update social media; organize company events; provide administrative support to the management team.
