Working within the Private Client Team, the Private Client Team is a close-knit, high-performing, customer-centric group. We deliver a personalised insurance experience by taking the time to understand our clients’ insurance needs and developing bespoke solutions that provide peace of mind. Clients range from emerging wealth to global Ultra High Net Worth individuals, making for varied and interesting workdays. The team collaborates to develop our concierge Private Client Service.
Responsibilities
* Participate in all Private Client functions – renewal issues, midterm client queries, and new business administration, working on a shared basis with the team.
* Ensure agreed processes are followed in all matters.
* Manage aged debt and premium collection.
* Comply with all management audit requirements.
* Provide a concierge service and deliver an elevated customer experience at every touchpoint.
* Build effective relationships with clients by establishing trust, understanding needs, providing expert advice, and exceeding expectations.
* Deliver professionalism and courtesy in all communications by phone or email.
* Take personal responsibility for delivering high accuracy and quality in your work.
* Handle requests and enquiries from customers, staff, and management in a professional and timely manner.
* Work as part of a team to meet monthly and yearly targets and collaborate with other teams across the business to manage new Private Clients while maintaining commercial client relationships.
* Work with the team and compliance functions to ensure that file records meet prescribed standards.

Person Specification
* Previous Open I & Relay experience.
* Proficient in Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Friendly and courteous on the phone.
* Ability to develop relationships with insurers and clients.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* Strong work ethic.
* At minimum APA (or working towards).
