The successful applicants will be placed in a Graduate Manager role in one of our managed hotels across Ireland.LocationWindward Management Limited, 19/20 Fleet Street, Dublin.About the RoleThe programme is an 18‑month rotational programme designed to equip graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to become future leaders in the hospitality industry. Graduates will rotate through six 3‑month rotations across different departments:Front OfficeReservations & Revenue ManagementFood & BeverageHousekeepingSupport Functions (Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing)Operations ManagementIn addition to day‑to‑day experience, Graduate Managers will undertake additional qualifications including Management Training Level 5, Train the Trainer, and more. Each graduate will receive mentorship and be assessed against a curriculum of learning objectives.Requirements3rd level degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management or related fieldWillingness to relocate to any hotel location across IrelandPassionate about hotels and the hospitality industryContract TypeFull‑timeSalaryBased on experience
